| When you bring in your animal, it will be skinned and labeled. It will then be cooled in the trailer and processed. Within 24 to 36 hours you will have your cuts completely wrapped in waxed butcher paper. The only thing you will need to do is bring a cooler to take home your packaged meat. | ![]() |
