Jake Giles has been a journeymen meat cutter since 1995. He is the co-founder of 4 Peaks Game Processing. He has since decided to go out on his own with Arizona's first mobile game meat processors.
Arizona Mobile Meat Processing specializes in Wild Game and Domestic Meat. The business is fully licensed and inspected. Arizona Department of Agriculture Mobile Slaughter License USDA Inspected Arizona Game and Fish Inspected Licensed by the State of Arizona Licensed by the Arizona Game and Fish Department
When you bring in your animal, it will be skinned and labeled. It will then be cooled in the trailer and processed. Within 24 to 36 hours you will have your cuts completely wrapped in waxed butcher paper. The only thing you will need to do is bring a cooler to take home your packaged meat.
